distance  from  Juhu  Beach  to  lower  parel

About  an  hour  by  drive.  Best  way  is  to  go  to  Andheri  station  and  take  a  train  to  Lower  Parel.  It  saves  time.

If  you  want  to  stay  in  Dadar  area  then  Pritam  is  a  very  good  hotel.  On  a  budget  side  there  is  Dwarka,  Archana  Residency  in  Mulund.  It  would  be  easier  for  me  to  suggest  a  hotel  if  you  could  tell  me  where  in  Mumbai  you  prefer  to  stay  -  ie.  near  the  airport  or  railway  station.

There  is  nothing  of  significance  to  be  viewed  in  Andheri.  For  volvo  bus  service  from  Pune  to  Mumbai  visit  'www.indiatransit.com'.  You  may  reach  Andheri  either  by  train  or  by  auto  depending  on  the  place  where  you  get  down.  

Elephanta  caves  is  worth  visiting  and  one  needs  to  cross  the  ferry  to  reach  there.  One  needs  to  spend  a  day  visiting  these  caves.  Also  it  will  cost  you  approximate  Rs.  600-  Rs.  800  for  tickets.
