Hi, I am originally from West Bengal but was staying in Mumbai for the last eight years. It is the commercial capital of India and is a vibrant city with a lot of sightseeing options. Most people like to enjoy the weekend and hence in and around a lot of places like Mahabaleshwar, Matheran, Lonavala has become very popular. Also people goes on pilgrimage to Shirdi, Trimbakeshwar, Kolhapur and the very quiet hill station Panhala etc. I have a good knowledge of these places and can make your stay memorable. I will be able to guide visitors to places of the interest. And the most important I am very keen in providing the best service within the budget of the visitors.

Hi!!  I  am  brazilian  and  have  been  working  in  Norway  for  2  years.  I  received  a  proposal  to  work  in  Mumbai  and  would  like  to  know:  What  is  the  cost  of  living  in  India  for  2  adults  and  one  baby?  What  is  considered  as  medium  and  high  salary  in  Mumbai?  How  much  is  a  flat  with  two  bedrooms  and  furnitures  per  month?  Thanks  in  advance  for  your  feedback.  André.
asked by silva on Jan 23, 2007 08:47 PM (547 days ago)
Hi  Silva,I  would  want  to  tell  you  that  as  long  as  the  cost  of  living  is  concerned  it  depends  a  lot  as  to  which  place  you  will  be  living  at  ,if  mumbai-south  areas  is  concerned  the  cost  of  living  is  much  higher  than  that  of  the  areas  in  western  suburbs  like  the  one  towards  bandra, andheri  side. And  as  far  as  the  salary  is  considered  i  think  Rs  2,40,000  per  annum  can  be  considered  as  the  medium  range  salary  where  as  high  salary  can  be  anywhere  more  than  Rs  5,00,000  per  annum  or  even  more  than  that  depending  upon  the  nature  of  work  you  are  in..For  flat  rates  in  think  you  can  check  with  either  apartotel  hotel  or  real  estate. For  apartotels  &  and  for  real  estates  in  India  these  are  few  of  the  links  tht  will  surely  help  you.
