Dear  Mr.  Deepakpayla,  There  are  many  Tourist  places  in  nainital,  most  of  the  main  are  :-
1)  Sight  seens  by  Horse  riding  
2)  Lover  Point
3)  Snow  view
4)  Tifin  Top
5)  Sukha  Tal  &  many  more.

About  the  hotel  for  low  cost,  you  can  have  on  the  mall  road  but  at  some  height  in  mall  road,  one  is  Nanak  Hotel,  it  will  cost  you  around  Rs500/-  to  Rs750/-  per  day  &  if  you  go  to  some  height  you  can  also  find  hotels  which  will  cost  you  around  Rs250/-  to  Rs500/-  but  not  on  mall  road.

Its  season  time  in  nainital  ,  so  rates  are  little  bit  high,  generaly  there  is  main  seven  point,  which  are  popular  ,  china  peak  ,  from  where  you  see  the  glacier  in  winter  season,  lake  view  point  ,  zoo  ,  rope  way  ,  lovers  point(  its  also  called  suicide  point)  ,  etc  ,  and  horse  riding  (  you  can  go  few  heli  areas  by  horse  riding    where  nobody  can  go  by  any  other  vechile  ).Boating  is  also  a  recreational  part.

As  per  my  opinion  Hotel  Silverton  and  Alka  both  are  good  hotel  and  the  scenic  view  is  good  from  the  hotel.

1.  ALKA  THE  LAKE  SIDE  HOTEL:-  
60  kms.  from  Pantnagar  Airport;
40  kms.  from  Kathgodam  Railway  Station;
1/2  km.  from  Tallital  Bus  Stand.
The  Double  room  (  without  breakfast  )  will  cost  u  around  Rs2400  -  3200
2.SWISS  HOTEL:-  70  kms  from  Pant  Nagar  Airport;
40  kms  from  Kathgodam  Railway  Station;
3  km.  from  Tallital  Bus  Stand.

3.HOTEL  SILVERTON:-  70  kms.  from  Pantnagar  Airport;
34  kms  from  Kathgodam  Railway  Station;
1/2  km,  from  Talli-tal  Bus  Stand.

Dear  MR.SUJOY,  Hotel  Vansh  Regency  is  situated  above  the  Nainital  on  the  way  to  High  Court,  It  is  a  good  Hotel  to  stay,  but  the  best  hotels  would  be  Alka  Hotel  on  Mall  road  &  Hotel  Manu  Maharani  on  the  same  high  court  road.

From  Kathgodam  station  you  can  take  a  taxi  for  there  &  it  will  hardly  take  45Mins  to  reach  Nainital  from  there.

Yes,  there  is  an  ATM  of  HDFC  &  SBI  too  on  the  Mall  road.  Thanks!

Dear  sujoy,  i  give  you  an  alternative  hotel  ,  which  is  more  cheaper  then  vansh  regency.

HOTEL  PRATAP  REGENCY:-  It  is  72  kms  from  Pantnagar  Airport;
35  kms  from  Kathgodam  Railway  Station;
0  km.  from  Nainital  Bus  Stand.

non  a/c  double  will  cost  you  around  Rs1500.

From  kathgodam  railway  station  ,  you  can  take  a  taxi  or  bus  towards  nainital.

yes  ,  there  is  a  SBI  ATM,  it  is  near  Birla  Vidya  Mandir.  Thanks!

Dear  Sujoy,  Great  plan  ,  journey  time  is  good  ,  spent  at  least  3  night  in  nainital  and  then  go  to  ranikhet.  Booking  are  always  subject  to  availability.
First  you  reach  kathgodam  railway  station  ,  then  hire  a  car  ,  or  take  any  bus  towards  nainital,

In  winter  plz  be  careful  about  atmosphere,  carry  woolen  clothes,  but  not  carry  heavy  luggage.
The  scenic  view  is  overall  attraction  of  nainital,  so  plz  enjoy  with  the  present  atmosphere  at  that  time  .

Dear  Aseem,The  right  time  to  come  to  Nainital  for  couples  is  from  15  May  to  20  July  &  then  after  from  10Dec  to  20Jan.  As  this  is  the  peak  season  of  Nainital  &  you  would  love  to  be  there  in  between  the  hill  &  smooth  cold  climate.

If  you  are  in  Nainital,  from  there  it  can  be  two  ways  to  go  to  Corbett:-
1)  Via  Kaldungi  to  Ramnagar  &  then  to  Corbett.
2)Via  Haldwani  to  Ramnagar  &  then  to  Corbett.
For  managing  it,  there  are  many  taxis  available  which  can  provide  you  a  droping  facility  till  Ramnagar  &  there  you  are  having  corporate  of  Corbett  park,  you  will  get  all  the  information  for  stay  in  Corbett  park  &  touring  there  through  Safari.

Hi!corbett  park  is  a  beautiful  place  ,  there  are  lots  of  resorts  and  hotel  in  and  around  corbett  ,    you  can  reach  there  from  nainital  by  bus  ,  there  is  12  hours  bus  available  in  nainital  ,  the  distance  between  nainital  to  corbett  60  km  .  and  time  taken  atleast  2  hours.  Thanks!

Dear  Rajesh,  you  have  only  one  option  to  go  to  mumbai  and  nainital  from  vaishno  devi  ,  that  is  you  will  have  to  go  to    delhi  from  vaisho  devi  first  and  then  go  to  mumbai  by  air  or  by  train  it  depends  on  you.  You  can  go  to  nainital  from  delhi  via  kathgodam  or  haldwani,  by  train  and  then  by  bus  or  car.

Hi!    You    can    reach    Nainital    directly    from    Jammu,    For    that    you    need    to    take    a    train    from    Jammu    Tawi    Stn,    which    is    Jammu    Garib    Rath    Exp(Train    No.    2207),    which    runs    only    on    monday    &    reaches    Kathgodam    station.    Kathgodam    is    the    nearest    railway    station,    which    is    35    kms    away    from    Nainital.    The    Taxi    fare    from    Kathgodam    to    Nainital    would    be    around    Rs    600.    

Secondly,    you    can    reach    Mumbai    from    Jammu,    catch    a    train    from    Jammu    Tawi    stn    which    is    Swaraj    Exp(2472),    it    runs    on    Wed,    Thu,    Sat    &    Sun.    It    departs    Jammu    at    11:15PM.    Thanks!

dear  rajesh  you  do  like  vashno  mata  to  katra  from  there  is  train  to  ambala  from  ambala  to  nainital  you  can  take  train  again  and  nainital  to  mumbai  there  is  lots  of  train  
other  wise  you  can  make  like  vashno  mata  to  katra  ,  chandigarh  and  then  after  chnadigarh  to  nainital  from  nainital  to  mumbai  by  train

The  atmosphere  is  always  good  over  there,  but  in  the  month  of  june  or  around  june  and  month  of  dec  is  always  better  to  visit  nainital.  also  pretty  good  atmosphere  in  august,  you  can  visit.

Hi!actually  ,there  is  a  seven  point  to  see  in  nainital.you    can  book  a  private  car  for  sightseeing  of  these  seven  points  ,  or  by  horse  u  can  cover  all  these  points.  these  are  beautiful  and  unforgettable.few  of  these  are  :-Zoo  ,  Aerial  Ropeway  ,  Lands  End  ,  Kilbury  ,  Naina  Peak  or  China  Peak,Snow  View  ,  Hanuman  Garhi  ,Caves  Garden,lovers  point  (  its  popular  as  suicide  point  too)

Hi  Karan!First  you  have  to  go  to  kathgodam  raiway  station  from  nainital  by  bus  and    then  ,  take  a  train  and  reach  New  Delhi  by  train.I  give  you  train  schedule:-  kathgodam  to  New  delhi.
Train  No.:-5014,  Train  name:-Ranikhet  Express,  dep  tome:-20:40,  Arr  time:-5:10.
Train  No.:-5036,  Train  name:-Utrsampark  express,  dep  time:-8:50,  Arr  time:-15:20
After  reach  New  Delhi  there  is  numerous  train  from  New  Delhi  to  Agra.
but  the  time  when  you  reach  in  delhi  ,the  time  match  with  these  trains.
Train  No.:-2002,  Train  name:-Bhopal  shatabdi,  dep  tome:-6:15,  Arr  time:-8:12.
