Just  take  a  stroll  any  evening  in  the  bylanes  of  Aundh,  
one  of  the  most  upcoming  and  crowded  place  of  growing  Pune.  Reason  its  proximity  to  the  Hinjawadi  
Software  Park  where  in  India's  IT  gaints  have  their  beautifully  carved  campuses  or  towers.
This  young  workforce  though  comes  from  than  thousand  engineering  campuses  spread  across  
all  over  India  but  a  healthy  lot  of  it  is  from  North  India.  This  is  the  lot  whose  craving  
for  a  simple  north  Indian  Dal  roti  never  dies  and  they  continue  to  hunt  for  a  value  for  money
place  where  they  can  sustain  their  north  Indian  taste  buds.
Over  all  Aundh  and  largly  Pune  does  have  thousands  of  restaurants

them  comes  closer  to  a  home  made  chapatis  and  yellow  dal  (known  in  as  arhar  or  toor)  and  
mouth  watering  "Baigon  ka  bharta"  of  Delhi  Kitchen.  

Delhi  Kitchen  is  the  place  where  people  sitting  in  worlds  best  known  cubicles  during  office  
hours  finally  arrive  hungry  to  relax  their  taste  buds  with  some  quality  food  at  a  food  joint
which  reminds  them  them  of  their  native  tastes.  Options  are  limited  but  daily  quality  exceeds  
your  expectations  and  you  start  beleieving  that  being  from  North  could  not  be  as  punishable  
as  it  seems  in  terms  of  food  while  living  in  Vibrant  Aundh  locality  of  Pune.
