Isn't  this  is  the  most  common  of  the  debates  that  continues  to  strike  deep  in  the  hearts  of  thousands  of  North  Indians  working  in  around  Bangalore.
My  family  is  around  or  in  Delhi,  should  I  switch  to  Gurgaon  or  Noida  or  should  I  continue  striking  gold  in  the  innumerable  companies  of  silicon  valley  of  India.
Should  I  continue  enjoying  the  vibrant  pubs  on  MG  or  Brigade,  greenery  of    North  Bangalore,  jungle  of  s/w  companies  in  Kormangala  or  Whitefield,Aerosmith  or  Bryan  Adams  in  palace  grounds,  unbeatable  traffic  jams  or  the  countless  weekend  getaways  around  Bangalore  like  Nandi  hills,  roaring  Jog  falls,  peaceful  Yercud  ,  tea  gardens  of  Nilgiris,  coffee  estates  of    Coorg,  green  hills  of  Munnar  ,  white  beaches  of  Mangalore/Udupi  or  should  I  switch  to  the  land  where    I  grew  up,  where  I  can  find  Hindi  speaking  junta,  mouth  watering  north  indian  punjabi  food  ,  sweltering  summers  or  foggy  winters  ,  a  day  by  day  improving  infrastructure  (thanks  to  Commonwealth  and  Delhi  metro)    but  frequent  power  cuts.
The  answer  isn't  so  obvious  in  fact  if  you  scratch  it  a  bit  you  will  understand  that  this  seemingly  simple  problem  from  the  surface  is  a  tough  problem  to  crack  with  subjective  opinions.  
My  personal  bias  as  of  now  is  towards  Bangalore    (could  be  my  fondness  for  south  indian  delicacies  :)  ).
