Day 1 -(Bagdogra / New Jalpaiguri - Darjeeling)
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and take a transfer to Darjeeling (95kms/ 3hrs). Once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land of infinite variety and charm.
It will cater you a mix-experience of lively nature charming Himalayan people. It is the place of Dorje, the mystic thunderbolt of the Lama-Religion. Surrounded by Tea gardens;
this little town faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas.
Take some rest and then a walk around the town to appreciate the new culture you are in. Stay overnight at hotel..
Day 2 - (Darjeeling Sightseeing 04+04 Hrs)
Early morning, go to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise and its amazing effects on Mt.
Kanchendzonga (world's 3rd highest peak), Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batashia Loop War Memorial while returning to the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a half day local sightseeing covering Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (closed on Thursday),
Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Tibetian Refugee Self-help Centre (closed on Sunday) and a visit to the Mall and local market (closed on Thursday). Spend the evening on your own for shopping & individual activity. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 3 - (Half Day Trip To Rock Garden)
After breakfast, go on a half day trip to Rock Gardens and Ganga Maiya Park, situated 10 km away from the town.
It is a very attractive picnic spot with natural water falls where you can see a beautiful combination of natural hill rocks decorated with fountains and flower gardens.
Spend the afternoon and evening by yourself for individual activity and leisure. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 4 - (Darjeeling to Bagdogra / NJP)
Departure after breakfast. Take a transfer to Bagdogra /NJP for onward journey. End of tour.
