I had stayed in this hotel during last month and it was a pleasent experience staying this hotel. Location is good and has a clean atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the food was great (really a lovely restaurant).

Though the staff are friendly, they don't show in act, only in talk, laidback attitude. No professionalism. We went thru holidaymakers.com. For eg.our package included boating once during the day. They just called a taxiwala and told him to take us for boating. We were informed he will buy the ticket put you in the boat and once the boating is over give him a ring, he will be glad to bring you back. The taxiwala dropped us near the park and told us that he will park the vehicle and come. We have never seen him till we left. Another example, "welcome drink on arrival" which was included in the package, till now we don't know what it is, and we were not bothered to ask also since we reached the hotel by 9.20, we thought of going for breakfast after a wash. We went around 10 am only to hear that it is closed. Imagine how you feel after paying the full amount for package which was included breakfast for all the 3 days for all the 3 people. We had to really shout at them, after which they apologised and breakfast
