| Poor level of room cleanliness. Furniture surfaces and blankets have been found to be very dusty.
Despite of having booked this hotel including breakfast a bill for breakfast was presented every morning. Negotiations were necessary repetitively to remind and convince the staff that we do not need to pay this bill as the room was booked including breakfast (not that breakfast is expensive, but what is the point in paying a bill for breakfast every morning if your hotel booking states that breakfast is included in the rate you already paid).
Most enjoying is the level of noise. Worst herby is not the traffic noise from the extremely busy road (Jalna Road) this hotel is based on, but the inconsiderate shouting of hotel personnel along the corridors from early in the morning to late in the night, demonstrating an extremely poor and inconsiderate hotel management.
