| I made a hotel booking in Kanchi through phone for my stay in Chennai. I was confirmed of a reservation by the hotel staff. But no reference numbers were provided during the telephone conversation.When I reached the hotel after flying long hours to chennai, I found that there was no reservation in my name. Adding to my anger, the hotel staff/managers responded very badly and refused to beleive that I made a reservation through phone. I had to finally leave that place in disgrace.
