| Cloud 9 is a nicely positioned resort about 10 km from Munnar facing delightful views across the valley. It offers pleasant and picturesque accomodation together with a fairly good restaurant and enthusiastic service. This enthusiasm doesn't make up for a general atmosphere of disorganisation, however, seemingly due to poor training of staff. Laundry was late or misplaced, food took an age to prepare and drinks gave the impression of being fetched from the next town. Other than this, however, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider revisiting in the future. |
