| Stay at Elysium garden resort was a worst experience i ever had, it was a mess made by travel guru and more by the hotel management,
the standard room of elysium was worst than a lodge room and they still justify by saying "its our budget room", which has a cracked false roofing, broken door locks, with marks on wall, NO SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM and worst is the whole room stinks.
the hotel reception is useless they can't decide and the manager is not available, which took me three hours to resolve the issue by waiting for the manager. worst of all after shifting to their cottage n loosing part of my payement, cuting short my trip they again hold me for an hour cause they havent recieved payement from tarvelguru, where as i had paid one month in advance.
the management seems to be least concerned about putting such untrained, unethical and irresponsible staff at the front office.
