| I booked this after reading www.IndiaHotelReview.com I would remove this hotel from your listing right now before others are lured to it as I was. The room was dirty and smelled of mothballs, it was noisy and situated far out of the city by a railway that had noisy trains pasing by every few minutes. If a fire were to have broken out everyone would have been incinerated. The bed was hard and the bedclothes dirty. I prepaid for 3 nights and left after 1 for other reasons but the promised balance for the ununsed nights has still not been paid. I have emailed Mr. Singh 5 times and had a reply for each, but no refund. The only decent thing about this hotel was the woman on reception who was very helpful, her boss, Mr.Singh was was quite the opposite. This was my introduction to India, I never settled there afterwards and cut the holiday short by 6 weeks, I was so appalled by this hotel. |
