| Hello Mr.Nitin Suri,
This is to give you feedback after staying at Krishna Mountview at Kausani from 14th evening to 16th morning.
Firstly let me congratulate you in getting such a wonderful location at kausani. I suppose from every room you can have view of fantastic himalaya mountain ranges. A cool breeze of air coming (with sometimes clouds) in balcony was really soothing and relaxing.
But all this relaxation feeling goes off when you call for room service. A steward comes with a face that make us realize that we are unwanted guests. Not only from steward but when we entered hotel for first time with luggage, receptionist was also not in mood of welcoming a new guest and gave feeling to us that we have done something wrong to him.
Our booking was from 14th to 16th july (2 nights/3 days). we reached there in afternoon of 14th. our plan was to leave for nainital on 16th evening 4-00 pm. When i informed about this plan to receptionist, he told us that we have to check out hotel at 10-00 am on 16th. He |
