| 1. On arrival at 10:45 AM on 04 Aug 07, had to wait half an hour for room.
2. Room not worth the money, no view.
3. Staff does not understand simple queries.
4. Parking arrangements very poor. On Sunday morning, had to wait 35 minutes before I could take my car out. Staff does not have a trained driver with the result that he ended up with sirens hooting on the car that was blocking my car (one of the eight) and could not manage to silence it.
5. The bathroom does not have a simple thing like an exhaust fan, no ventilator either.
6. No concept of service; staff ignorant about where the B/F would be served.
