| Very average quality food, discourteous staff, poor service, rooms not ready at arrival (2PM), mini bar included in room tarrif but not filled up, welcome drink and frut basket included in tarrif but not served (had to ask for it), stinking rooms, electric kettles that never worked, blankets that were dirty, carpet and furniture unclean, AC system that was dismal (had to keep a pedestal fan on all night and this was the month of Aug), hotel owner least bothered to do anything despite escalation of issues to him. Poor value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. |
