| It just seemed like the right place for the occasion. Four days into our marriage, all we needed was some place that would cut-us off from the rest of the world and throw us into each other every now and then! Munnar was the choice since we hadn't planned our journey well in advance. At the last minute we booked the honeymoon package from indiahotelreview.com. They offered really cheapest price I can get anywhere on the net.
We drove by our car (a brand new Maruti Baleno) and took 5 hours to reach Munnar from Cochin. The roads were all good and so unlike India. But, we should probably caution you about the roads in Munnar - craters like the moon's surface.
"Copper Castle" was so helpful and made sure that we had our stay and accomodation arranged and sorted out in the best possible way, even though we had planned for our trip only 2 days back.
