| This was my second visit to kashmir of south india.. first one was a bachalor trip and now i had come on a honeymoon trip. what better place could i have got other then oakfields. the location was breathtaking and so was the room. very nicely madeup.. the highlight of the room was the bathroom with jaguar fittings.. so neat that didnt feel like using them only.. this is an ideal honeymoon place away from the crowd.. the only sound that can be heard is of the generator in between.. went for a nice walk among the tea gardens surrounding the hotel.. the staff were good.. food was good albeit a bit on the higher side in terms of price.. but its ok.. most of the day time was spent in sightseeing.. evening there was a nice snooker table as well as a carrom board to play around.. there was a dance floor too but the day long outing had made us a bit tired to go for it. while we were in oakfields, there was a light drizzle and lot of fog was there.. it was a great feeling walking among the clouds & to see that we were |
