| ItÂ’s a club owned by the Tata Tea Ltd. It has a nice 18-hole golf course which is one of the main attractions of the club if you are a golf player; itÂ’s a boon and you will have no problem passing time. It has a small cinema hall where they show movies in the evening. The club has many other sports activities like table tennis, billiards, card room etc. Rooms are fair for the price - clean & neat, but furniture is a bit old, from the British period. Booking has to be done by calling up the club and sending a demand draft of advance booking amount by post to the club. They send you receipt by post which is your booking proof. The location of the club is excellent- it is 1 km away from the town on a small hill (so called high range perhaps!); excellent place for sports lovers. |
