| I stayed with my family along with my parents in 2 family rooms at hotel holiday resort in Dec 07 for 4 days. The room size was fairly ok with good sea view. The hotel has a big garden facing sea with ample space for kids to play. There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel with avg food quality but there are other restaurants near by. Location wise it is good as it not as crowded as golden beach area yet near to all facilities.
What we did not liked:
- Room service at times was very slow and it took 15-20 min for the staff to attend to our request.
- Parties n functions that keep happening in the garden area which was loud at night.
- Room cleanliness was low and we had to remind the room cleaning staff to do it everyday.
- Bathrooms were creepy and old needs renovation
- Hot water was not available at night
- Kids Play area in Garden needs renovation, most of the rides have broken handles or are not working.
