| We booked Lilly's resort, Kodai for three nights/ four days in April 2008 after looking at their website (http://lillysvalley.com/) and going through reviews on some of the websites that sell their packages. While we know that the reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt, in case of Lilly's resort, you should take any positive review with a TRUCKLOAD OF SALT! The resort is simply pathetic- the furniture, rooms, cabinets, tables and chairs, wash rooms, geysers etc are all at least 100 years old and ill- maintained. The "resort" is located in isolated, creepy place with very bad road access. They do not even supply mineral water bottles! The water they supplied in the rooms was definitely not usable for bath, leave alone for drinking! The in-house hotel is the worst that you will find in this part of the world. When we saw all this we immediately told the care-takers that we want to check-out, when (as expected) they declined to pay any money back.
