• Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park - Situated neighboring to the Himalayan it is a high altitude wild life park and a new home for the Siberian Tiger, Himalayan Black Deer, Deer Panda, Llama and birds. It is open from 8 am to 4 pm.
• Jawhar Parbat (formerly Birds Hill) - From here one can get a glorious view of Mount Kanchenjunga and Singla Valleys.
• Batasia Loop - This is a railway loop. This loop is a fascinating example of engineering. At this loop the toy train takes a very single turn. This loop is just five kilometer from the main town of Darjeeling.
• Kanchenjunga View - From Darjeeling one can have the most excellent, continual view of the world’s third highest peak. Bhan Bhakta Sarani presents one of the beguiling views of these snow-capped peaks. The Chowrasta also gives you a good sight to the Kanchenjunga peak.
• Dhirdam Temple - Located just below the railway station, Dhirdam Temple is built on the style of the famous "Pasupatinath" temple of Kathmandu (Nepal)
• Bhutia Busty Gompa - This is a monastery that has been shifted from its earlier place to the present place.
• Lloyds Botanical Garden -It is a colourful garden positioned just below the market motor stand. It contains a album of Himalayan plants, lowers, orchids,etc.
